AGM 2026 Nomination Form

Use this form to nominate yourself or another to be a member of the Central Council of the Archconfraternity of St Stephen. If you wish to make more than one nomination, please complete this form again for each person.

To nominate members for the Central Council you must have your nominees’ permission and they must understand the commitment of attending Central Council meetings on the second Tuesday of each month at 7pm (except August) the majority of meetings are online only. Nominees must be aged 18 or over.

You must provide a supporting statement and a brief letter of recommendation from your Parish Priest (or equivalent) to the effect that your are in good standing in your parish and he considers you a suitable person for the role. Please ensure you have these ready before you attempt to complete this form.
